Updated the e_zimbra_encode_url() function :
- "@" is no longer required and actually assumed
- gstrncpy replaced with g_strlcpy

e-zimbra-log.c - g_logfile had a missing NULL terminator

Patch for Evolution 2.12 and beyond

Here's a patch to get the Zimbra Connector working with Evolution 2.12 and beyond.

As of version 2.12, Evolution no longer uses versioned pkg-config module names. The module names are now "evolution-shell" instead of "evolution-shell-2.12", and "evolution-plugin" instead of "evolution-plugin-2.12".

The patch also fixes a crash in the calendar module, as well as a number of "distcheck" errors.
