    Pros: The calendar view, unlimited projects, storing and saving files, and note-taking features are the best ones I found in Bordio.

    Cons: There’s nothing to say negatively about Bordio, but maybe color options can be improved.

    Overall: I’ve been messing around Bordio for some time now, and it’s been really good. First, the calendar view is pretty neat. It’s like having my mind in one place and see what’s going on without opening a gazillion of new tabs. Plus, in the agency, it’s useful that we can create unlimited projects with Bordio for each of our clients. Just the color schemes can be improved, but it’s not a bigga deal. Because since we started using Bordio, my team has been 10x more productive. All the must-knows like the deadlines, content format, feedbacks, and those little tasks that add up can be easily input in Bordio’s interface. We’re really happy we found Bordio!

    Pros: It feels better than Trello because of its simplicity and single board view.

    Cons: Colors could be improved, too little for me.

    Overall: Bordio’s kanban board is similar to Trello’s but a little bit better. I’d say that because I can easily drag a task cards and move it to a couple of weeks ago or months away. I don’t have to switch tabs or clicks to many times just to move a task. I think it’s the best feature of Bordio that everyone should try.

    Pros: Bordio's capabilities are enough for us to stabilize and organize the sales processes of the entire team.

    Cons: Icons for each project can be change to profile pictures, maybe.

    Overall: We’ve been crushing our sales goals with Bordio. My whole team is always in the same direction because collaboration and planning are way more effective when we using Bordio’s interface. But you know, the best thing about Bordio is it gives me the ability to assess each of my members’s performances so that I can help them level up their sales game.

    Pros: Bordio has enough features that anyone can use with minimal tutorials. Everything is simple and clear and convenient to use the application.

    Cons: In fact, the application tires me, but I would like more colors.

    Overall: Using Bordio is like having a big board where you can stick all your tasks and notes, so everyone knows what's up without anyone having to nag about updates. Before Bordio, it felt like I was the only one trying to keep track of everything, which was exhausting. But now, it's like everyone's in the game, chatting and moving things along without me having to chase them down. Totally recommend it if you want to keep things easy and get stuff done without the headache. It’s a project management tool that actually works!

    Pros: Bordio’s mobile interface adjusts to any screen I use. And in general it’s convenient to use both on a computer and on a mobile phone.

    Cons: I wish there were more notification sounds option.

    Overall: I find Bordio very helpful in monitoring our company’s tasks and prioritize. The mobile version is mostly efficient when I have to be out of the office because I can check any schedule meetings and deadlines. I can also add a new task on the go that needs to be urgently done. Communication has become better with Bordio, too, because I can reply to my team leaders’ messages instantly without going off the app. My whole company has been using Bordio for months now, and we’ve never been this organized and connected since.

    Pros: We found Bordio incredibly user-friendly, allowing us to use it for our daily workflow with little setup time needed.

    Cons: I wish there was a dark mode option! Otherwise everything is fine.

    Overall: Setting up client details is now super quick, which means we spend way less time on boring admin tasks. It's awesome for holding all the details about our clients, from their tastes to their favorite dress photos, and everyone can access it. What's even cooler is how much closer we're getting to our clients. Every bride deserves to have the wedding of her dreams, so we're all about involving them in the planning from start to finish.

    Pros: The Kanban board is the most used feature of Bordio in our team. It is easier to manage different tasks just by moving task cards to different columns.

    Cons: I wish I could see how many times a task card had been moved.

    Overall: In sales, we avoid things that my complicate our work process. That is why we stick with Bordio. It is a simple Project Management Software that allows us improve the way we do our tasks in the sales team. Even if we have multiple projects in hand, we’re not worried because we can easily adjust our task cards and schedules.

    Pros: Time blocks, repeated events, notes within the task cards, colors, and mostly everything, to be honest.

    Cons: Nothing so far, the app is working great! Especially web app.

    Overall: We’re creating systems in Bordio with its simple meeting and events scheduling. We can easily customized meetings depending on the date or its frequency. We can see ahead of time any upcoming meeting or monthly reports schedule, so we can prepare ahead of time. That’s why our meetings do not seem forced upon our members.

    Pros: We got complaints from our clients before because of delayed installation and assistance. We were able to eliminate that with Bordio because our task management has improved a lot!

    Cons: If I could customize Bordio’s fonts, it would be the perfect app!

    Overall: Bordio is fairly enough to make your sales up. I didn’t think a simple project management tool like Bordio can help us stabilized our task management. To be fair, it was not that easy because Bordio was something new to use, but good thing they have good customer support, too. They helped us setup our account, so it becomes more conducive to the things we do in the sales team.

    Pros: The platform’s design is best for quick task assignments and updates. It’s pretty straightforward, as well, so there’s no time wasted learning the whole it.

    Cons: Nothing. Of course some people will find negative sides, but for us Bordio is just fine!

    Overall: Bordio has turned what used to be a complex process of coordinating tasks to a more efficient workflow. Its simple features of task cards and checklists give me the opportunity to monitor every part of our daily operations. Also, the real-time updates and notifications keep everyone in the loop and there’s fewer delays and miscommunications.

    Pros: Its features allow us to make it our main booking system. We’ve use it to schedule an event, confirm details, and send messages to our clients.

    Cons: Notification can be more customized (only basic options available)

    Overall: Our business has been around for many years now, but we’ve just recently discover a booking system like in Bordio. And it’s not even a software for scheduling events! We like how easy it is to use Bordio for setting an event for each day month. Also, we use it to communicate with our client because it has a live-messaging feature. Bordio, unexpectedly, has made our booking and communications systems so much better.

    Pros: I tend to use Bordio for my to-do lists for the shop. I get more things done with it because it is easy to use. I like its mobile version as well.

    Cons: I can't configure bigger fonts & elements in the profile settings

    Overall: Generally, Bordio has become helpful for me. I don’t have to use a printed checklist anymore to manage all the operations of our tire shop everyday. Now, I just use task cards to easily review the things I have to do in a day. Most importantly, everything can be viewed by the owner and other members of the team, so if an issue comes up, everyone can get involved in it. It makes my everyday operations less hassle.

    Pros: The real-time chat feature of Bordio is just one of the its good features. I can now balance my work life and family life. I have a lovely twin that wants my full attention, but it is not a problem with Bordio because I can easily send messages to my members within the app itself.

    Cons: No GIF or emoji options on their chat box. It would be nice to have them!

    Overall: Our communication at work has become more effective with Bordio. Everything is in one board, even the chat box! I can easily send my reminders and notes for the whole team in the specific task we’re doing for the day, real-time! It’s less hassle for me because then, I get to spend most of my time to the important things - creating memories with my twin!

    Pros: It’s not often that people buy or request a door installation. It’s kind of a one-time purchase, so I prioritize my customer’s journey. From their initial request or in-person consultation to installation and customer support, I make sure everything is perfect. That is why I wanted the best project management software. Most of them were complicated to use for the kind of business that I do. So, when I found Bordio and gave it a try, it changed everything for us. It’s so simple yet so efficient. I didn’t expect that I could manage 30 clients in a month without having to sweat!

    I can create multiple projects, add different folders, and sort them out based on the most important tasks to the least important. I can even add my clients to show them the progress of the project and set an event with them for reports and feedback. The best thing? I can do this on a single board. It is so easy!

    Cons: Since I can easily see all of my projects on one board, I keep looking at it even after working hours. Sometimes, I wish I could set a timer when I could only use the app.

    Overall: I highly recommend Bordio for all business types. It’s interface is easy to use; no more unnecessary clicking and switching pages, just use a single board for everything.

    Pros: What I really like about Bordio is how it just fits with what we do in marketing. Before we started using it, keeping track of everyone's tasks felt like herding cats.
