Pros: Can easily track my teams and my own performance, training no and sales. I like the reporting on the KPIs and the dashboards, easy via drag and drop to have the overview of the most important KPIs.

Cons: So far no complaints, I haven't used the other features of this software.

Overall: Very good, highly to recommend, specially the KPI system and reporting. I need to dig deeper into the 360 and reward system.

Pros: It’s a great help to organize our goal planning process, much more efficient and engaging than using white boards and excel sheets.

We implemented FlowyTeam and with the help of the OKR coaching. We could start with our first OKR cycle, so far all goes smoothly.
