    Pros: This an a friendly app once you get the hang of it. Monitoring is made easier through remote monitoring of devices, A friendly user interface. It is one of the leaders among the number of remote support softwares.

    Cons: It is quite expensive for a remote support software. Especially when you have quite a good number of options in the market, any client maybe tempted to switch unless an offer is put forth which cant be resisted.

    Overall: I would continue using the application once I get the hang of it. I am not a fan of switching apps. But the cost aspect should always be considered. When it comes to value for money, you can move on with other alternatives.

    Pros: The product is okay. There are certainly better products out there in today's age. I wouldn't waste my time or money on this product.

    Cons: There are a lot of similar products available on the market today, so if you are in the market, do your research and find one that has better technology.

    Overall: This product will do the job but is not very user friendly and is not the best out there. For the cost, go with something else.

    "Remoting in made easy"

    Pros: LogMeIn is to the point. You need software that lets you remote into a user's PC and allows unattended access as well? This is it. LogMeIn makes for a great primary method of remote management, and an excellent secondary or backup method in case your primary method isn't working right now. It doesn't really have the robust reporting and monitoring features that some of the other solutions out there do, but I have used it for many years and love it.

    Cons: There are a ton of user prompts you have to walk the person through accepting to get it to work, especially if you are running as an administrator. This was almost never a big deal though. I know it's also a bit expensive.

    Overall: Overall experience was excellent. This was the first remote management solution my organization used (that wasn't just Remote Desktop) and it was and has been excellent the whole time. There are some extra features like performance reports and running processes you can get once connected, but the main point is remote access and/or unattended access, which it does very well.

    Pros: This makes it very easy to connect to clients which allows me to spend more time troubleshooting, and less time traveling onsite.

    Cons: I can't say that there is anything that I don't like.

    Overall: I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the IT industry that is looking for an easy to use remote management software.

    Pros: - Very easy to set-up and use. Hardly requires any training.
    - Provides support for a plethora of application related issues and workbench issues.
    - Established brand and clear documentation.

    Cons: - Sometimes the keyboard stops working for the remote user and it can get annoying to restart the session.
    - A tad bit pricier than the competition.

    Overall: - For anyone looking to build a small but capable system administration team for their workplace, LogMeIn Rescue is the perfect tool. It is easy to use and has lots of features.

    "Just as good if not better than Hamachi"

    Pros: The software comes from the developers of Hamachi, which is a well known tool mostly used for gaming, so we're not talking about a 'no-name' company pushing out a product. They have the pedigree, and also a decent support set up, so if anything goes wrong, you can expect to get the help you need in a short time frame. The software itself is really easy to use, and functions a lot better than TeamViewer.

    Cons: Some requested features are not yet available, however, we were promised that in the near future, they will be included. Additionally some design options slightly annoy me, but that's just my own preference.

    Overall: I would definitely recommend this, mostly because of how well the user interface functions, and what you're getting at this price point for your money is absolutely worth it.

    Pros: LogMeIn Rescue sure does live up to its name. This software is an absolute godsend. If you struggle with passwords and being locked out of accounts because of that you need this software.

    Cons: Absolutely no complaints. LogMeIn is amazing. They are innovative, cutting edge, truly an industry leader.

    Overall: LogMeIn Rescue is an answer to my prayers. I have always struggled with password issues and being locked out of my accounts. Thankfully that happens no longer!

    Pros: The pros are:
    1. LogMeIn is a well-known and a well-reputed brand so it is easy to identify and accept.
    2. There is very little need for training. You can learn the application as you use it.
    3. It provides you uninterrupted remote desktop and mobile access and a one-click flow to send across files from the technician’s computer to the customer's computer.
    4. The option to record the entire session and save it.

    Cons: Very few cons but two nagging issues are:
    1. The remote user's keyboard can sometimes become unresponsive.
    2. It's slightly on the expensive side and you also have good competitors so maybe LogMeIn should rethink their prices.

    Overall: On the whole, it is an easy to use, straight forward tool to provide support to desktop and mobile issues. It is a well-known product from a well-known brand so a lot of people are familiar with it and trust it. The website is also very clear and straight forward. I would gladly recommend it to anyone who does support.

    Pros: Love how easy it is to use LogMeIn and unify one computer with another. Great and seamless Platform.

    Cons: It's a little confusing when you first use it but needs some UI updates.

    Overall: Overall I like it and we tend to use it very frequently when helping with clients. Just the over all convenience is great.

    Pros: You can associate with your clients/customers remotely by sending them a web connection and a safe pin code for them to enter. You can demand control of the PC and the client approves this activity. There is the capacity to record the meeting excessively which is useful for assessing bolster cases.

    Cons: The only con I see in this is product is the price. It is a little bit expensive with respect to competitors.

    Overall: It's appropriate for any IT Support association. Technical support to fix PCs. Bolster job for driver issues, for example, a printer, scanner, and other equipment. Assisting with keeping up corporate end-clients. Keeping up a business power that is out and about and not effectively available. We use it to make firmware updates to copiers, set up drivers for printing, arranging email, and sweep to the organizer.
