Pros: 1. Signing up took just a few minutes.
2. User interface is intuitive.
3. Upload was fast. 4008 files, about 99GB; .jpgs, .pdfs, .mp4s uploaded in 53 minutes...
4. ...and no file corruption.
5. Notifications about recipients download - simply and timely.
6. ***Customer/support service - beyond expectations.

Cons: None at this time. The product works like you would want it to work.

Overall: ***This was my first experience with this product. When my recipient tried to download 99GB onto a much smaller drive, of course it failed...3 times...which is the default settings (it's configurable) for the number of times the upload can be downloaded...it's a money saving feature. And it saved me. Of course the recipient never contacted me on a Friday afternoon to tell me they had a problem. First thing Monday morning, I find out when I get notification that the recipient just exceeded the 3-download limit. Of course I throw out an email to MASV support (here's the customer/support service beyond expectations thingy) ...in under 5 minutes MASV supports responds. Not just to talk about the problem I already described in my email, but to offer a solution to the problem. My attention was diplomatically directed to my recipient...turns out they tried 3 times to download 99GB to a much smaller drive...apparently, they couldn't figure out why it was failing. Problem solved within 8 minutes.
So far? MASV Success!

Pros: Easy to use and very easy to setup. I love the flexibility with the portals. Including the fact that you can add a lot of users without adding cost.

Cons: Better pricing for high volumes...It could become expensive when uploading TB's.

Overall: I love it and will continue to use it. The flexibility in creating portals for different projects make it a no brainer for me to use.

Pros: The portal feature's what makes it easy to send and receive huge files. It also offers an intuitive user interface.

Cons: Inability to monitor and assess link activity analysis.

Overall: Massive's swiftness and ease of use is what makes me use it. Now I don't have to worry about my internet connection slowing down when sending or receiving large files. It's also a breeze to navigate the platform. But I would recommend Massive to anyone who needs to send or receive enormous files, even though I think it would be better if it included a better and more extensive statistics tool.

Pros: The platform allows for easy sonic speed transfer of large files. Easy platform to use and the pay as you go option is good for newbies.

Cons: None. The platform is easy to use and allows options.

Overall: Excellent product. Pricing is competitive. As a new user, I like the website’s clean line interface.

Pros: Speed, ease of use and efficient website.

Pros: Ease of use and speed. Uploads and downloads are much faster. That means my clients don't have to wait for large files. This is especially helpful when sending 8K raw video files.

Cons: I didn't realize right at first that the links expire, but that makes perfect sense, and it keeps me from paying for a file transfer that I forgot to delete.

Overall: If you need to move big files or folders, 50GB to 5TB, this is the best solution. Other services aren't built for sending files of this size across the globe to a client quickly and reliably. Massive (MASV) is. It's fast, easy to use, reliable, and easy to use even if the person downloading the file on the other end isn't tech savvy. It's an excellent solution! Give it a try. You'll be glad you did.

Pros: I like the continuity advice and a quick downloading. And easy to handle the the download process. Best.

Cons: I think the seven days very short if somebody large files.

Pros: MASV is very easy to use for the transfer and receiving of video files. It's also very quick so you are not wasting time waiting for downloads. It has certainly been one of the best business decisions.

Cons: Because I have to write a con - when receiving a file that has been edited I have to input the password twice - once on the web page and once to download via the app. (It's not really an issue).

Overall: Game changer for my business and very easy to use. Opened up access to talented video editors offshore and I am grateful to the developers of this product.

Pros: Extremely easy to use, reliable method for a time sensitive delivery of a 100 GB+ video file. I researched several other options and nothing even approached the dependability and ease of use of MASV for delivering this file from Kansas to Los Angeles without issue.

Cons: Searching around on the website for the desktop app can be a challenge.

Overall: I highly recommend MASV for moving very large files across the web. The interface on both the site and the app is clean and easy to understand. Our team on the other end of the delivery had no issue downloading the file securely.

Pros: I really like the expediency, control and security that MASV provides. I have various clients that use every service like Dropbox, Google Drive, Box and all the others that require logins and minimal storage space, even for short term transfers. It's far easier to setup and share a MASV link for my clients to upload to, without having to commit to another storage service.

Cons: None. Except that the "Cons" field on this review is requiring me to type 50 characters.

Overall: The experience is ideal. Easy, intuitive, fast and reliable. What else do you need? 👌👏🥳👍❤️👊😊👍👍

Pros: Fast, easy to use, works well, can send well over 2GB limit of other apps quickly. A better - and noticeably faster! - experience than using other FTP-type apps.

Cons: Minor negative is that it isn't free, but it is not expensive at all and totally worth it big-picture.

Overall: It was my first time and I was pleased, will def use it again because the minor cost isn't a problem, overall.

Pros: Really appreciate MASV. Very easy to use, provides a web link outsiders can use to upload files to me, easy to send files (typically 1-2 GB videos in my case) to others. Love the pay-as-you-go approach as I’m an infrequent (2-3x a month) user.

Cons: Can’t think of a con at the moment.

Overall: Highly recommended. User-friendly, reliable, and extremely helpful in getting big files moved around.

Pros: 700 Pictures transferred in only 1 hour, which took Wetransfer 15 hours! I wish I would have found you guys sooner, would have spared me a lot of headaches :)

Cons: Nothing yet, I only used the app 3 times as I just signed up.

Overall: So far incredible! I'm so happy I found you guys on the internet! So fast and easy to use! Recommended already!
