    Pros: The technician was great, they spent 4 hours getting my drivers up and running.

    Cons: Can’t find any. Although it took a long time to get my issue fixed I can’t complain.

    Overall: I was so upset when driver Dell messed up my system and I got error notification, I couldn’t download the drivers. I couldn’t fix it myself and ordered Outbyte Driver Updater. After chatting with Simon I concluded I can allow him access to my laptop. During the remote session I watched all his actions and talked to Simon in chat.
    Simon fixed my problem, it took 4 hours online with their live tech support.

    Overall: I’m under a big impression from what Outbyte technician did. He went far beyond the solution of my case with software activation. He thoroughly explained to me how to activate the app and answered my questions with patience. A prompt and excellent service by a phone call.

    Pros: Simon fixed my issue in 8 mins, and i could see everything that he was doing on my computer, which for a non tech person was very cool.

    Cons: I currently have nothing to report in terms on cons.

    Overall: Very fast and polite work that now means i can get back to my studies hassle free and from the comfort of my own room.

    Pros: Very powerful tool.

    Cons: Haven’t noticed yet.

    Overall: The program has a lot of nice features, but their Uninstaller beats them all. Made a mistake of downloading some bundled apps that I simply couldn’t get rid of. Any attempt ended with some errors I didn’t understand. Eventually, I used the uninstalling utility - a few simple clicks and those programs were gone for good.

    Pros: The price. It does do some of what it claims but it can seriously damage a computer and be very costly.

    Cons: After installation and work by technician one computer cannot connect with wifi. Their support tried a recovery and reset , so I lost all my programs. Now I must go to repair shop to repair damage caused by Outbyte. Outbyte refuses to pay for repair of damage they caused. They also screwed up other computer so it is now hard to turn on.

    Overall: Outbyte caused considerable loss of time and money. Their support staff is incompetent. Very risky to use.

    "Update driver app"

    Pros: Updates some of the drivers without issues...limited live tech
    when running it you can see what drivers need update for free.

    Cons: Purchase after need driver and then this app keeps repeating driver need update over and over. Live tech 4 different times try to fix it... same problem same issues.

    Overall: TERRIBLE!!! Monstrous app i swear i had to fix this thing once too many times. I wish i could take those hours back.
    i had to contact 4 different tech live ones.. to see why the driver update keeps updating the same driver when i did update..and restart it STILL pop up need driver update... it was so stressful and finally i thought maybe i should contact tech one more time... guess what? live agent is not avail they want me to purchase another program for live tech agent?? Are you kidding me? No you're not so worth it at all.

Once the 14 day period expired, your order was refunded as per your request. As for the driver in question, our tech specialists have provided you with the latest version of the program after discovering that the previous one worked less efficiently due to your system specifics. In this version of the program we have adapted a new algorithm of sorting the updates, based both on the vendors’ stability rate and the statistics collected from our users. Drivers reported as less stable are currently being automatically skipped to prevent any issues after install, so it was in your case. In the near future we will provide clear representation of these ratings in the software interface allowing our users to decide for themselves whether the driver should be skipped or installed.     Pros: I saved my time as I did not have to bring my laptop into a local store to get it fixed. Simon was professional and solved my problem right away. Now everything's running smoothly.

    Cons: It took one hour of troubleshooting time. They offered a remote connection to solve the issue, I did not mind.

    Overall: I had a technical issue with my drivers, then I accidentally stumbled across their Driver Updater ad and decided to buy it in order to resolve my issue. The technician Simon quickly understood my case and helped me remotely with updating the drivers. It took an hour until the problem was resolved.

    "SCAM!!!"

    Pros: Absolutely NOTHING. DO NOT USE THIS "DRIVER UPDATER"! WILL BRICK YOUR PC!

    Cons: Just needed 2 drivers to check and be updated. After installing the recommended "Drivers", it COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY PC! Ran MalwareBytes and had to quarantine over 100 INSTANCES CAUSED BY OUTBYTE! Tried to do a system restore...Nope... it DELETED my Recovery Environment. Won't even let me make a restore disk. Clicking on anything in file explorer just freezes it.

    Oh, and my PC that they destroyed was a brand new Alienware Aurora R15. The one with the Intel i9-13900KF CPU, RTX 4090, and 64 GB RAM.... yeah... I am LIVID...

    Overall: WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH CONCERNING MY COMPUTER! HOW HAVE THESE FRAUDS BEEN ALLOWED TO REMAIN IN BUSINESS!?!?!?!

    Cons: The program was not able to help with my problem.
    Unfortunately the error notice I keep getting is that it can not be be repaired., it needs to be updated by the computer service AOL.
    ERROR CODE 101
    An AOL error?????? Really, truly AOL is working on a repair.

    Overall: Efficient and quick response The service was ADEQUATE. BUT UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR. BECAUSE OF THE REASON STATED ABOVE.
    I was however, charged the original agreed upon price of TWENTY NINE DOLLARS AND NINETY EIGHT CENTS.

    i am pleased by the support provided.

    Cons: Cost for the product was a surprise only for me to update my exe. file. Saved the day I'm confused why dell hadn't kept the product updates in house, but Outbyte saved the day for my solution. the cost for the product was a surprise but i received a discount code to apply and received savings.

    Overall: Outbyte Technical Support is awesome! The rep was great, knowledgeable and friendly. The process was great. the accessed my computer remotely and solved the issue.

    Pros: Can't find anything good to say about this that other free software already provide. I can get better performance from free software that do what they say they do.

    Cons: Doesn't update all drivers and if you need support there's a fee for that also.

    Overall: It sucks cause can't update some drivers, just says they are outdated and goes trough the process of update but goes back to the outdated ones and keeps saying needs to update the drivers, and no way to get a refund and have to pay for customer support.

    Pros: The software couldn't fix it - but the outstanding support helped me and made it work. I was really impressed and i do recommend this software to friends and family now.

    Cons: None really. Did what they advertised, and even more in my opinion.

    Overall: Really satisfied with it. Went above and beyond what was advertised. They helped me via TeamvViewer-like software and carefully told me exactly what was wrong and what they were doing.

    Pros: They were able to very quickly troubleshoot and solve the driver problem that I had that was not allowing my network adapter to operate. I knew what the software needed, but was just unable to solve it without some extra help. Highly recommend this service if you are having any issues.

    Cons: I don't have any complaints. The technician was able to solve my issue immediately with very little troubleshooting time.

    Overall: They were able to very quickly troubleshoot and solve the driver problem that I had that was not allowing my network adapter to operate. I knew what the software needed, but was just unable to solve it without some extra help. Highly recommend this service if you are having any issues.

    Pros: Gets you excited with performance. The driver updates and the system repair made me smile. But it didn't last.

    Cons: Fails to follow through and deliver. Carnival fun house of ads and offers does it no service. Lingers on deceptive practices.

    Overall: Glitchy with potential. There are better options out there. I was interested in shopping and comparing with what I had. Now I know.
