Helps to track down the leakage/issues in the platform.
Simple to deploy on your existing services.
Reports and analytics are detailed and highly accurate.

Cons: Two things I don't like are,
Doesn't provide much data when we monitor the website.
Can't share extracted data in reports or charts.

Overall: Sematext offers a robust monitoring solution that streamlines developer and maintenance teams in our company. Currently, no other platform is as powerful as Sematext Cloud.

Pros: Sematext Cloud is easy to implement, use and customize as required. Its continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline is excellent. The layout in the dashboard is customizable with the drag and drop process.

Cons: In my opinion, the interface needs some usability fix.

Overall: In general, this tool is outstanding and gives us the ability to maintain the best performance of our IT infrastructure like cloud applications, websites and servers.

Pros: Sematext Cloud is magnificent software that helps me monitor and map all our IT services in its platform. It gives an alert within 2-3 seconds of the incident being started. The setup was smooth, and their customer service was helpful.

Cons: I haven't had any problems while using this software.

Overall: Overall it is magnificent software. It provides a quality monitoring platform that lets you overview the current as well as past performance of your IT services.

Overall: I loved how Sematext Cloud is built and gives you the ability to track and trace errors before they become too serious. It was so fun and easy to use. Overall I'm impressed with it's all abilities given in the small package.

Pros: Sematext Cloud streamlines the monitoring data in one screen. It is extremely user friendly. I liked its automated alert feature. It notifies us on our Pagerduty accounts.
It's synthetic monitoring works seamlessly.

Cons: Overall it's great software. I have no complaints.

Overall: We tried several IT infrastructure monitor software but we stick to Sematext due to it's robustness and ability to track every error.
It provides valuable data that helps to run the business smoothly.

Pros: I liked that we can filter and reduce the size of logs for quicker monitoring at the end of the day. It gives us the best user analysis.

Cons: One suggestion please add more third party software for alert notifications.

Cons: So far never had any bad experience. No negative to share.

Overall: Sematext is versatile, it works exactly as we wanted it to. In overall performance, I will give it ten out of ten.

Cons: Session based log filter doesn't work properly in the latest update.

Pros: Sematext Cloud is such a tool that's providing our organisation with a lot of amazing business experience with its different set of features. We have been using this tool for more than 8 months now and this tool has never disappointed us with anything. There are various elements of Sematext that we love a lot.

The best of all is the Infrastructure Monitoring which helps us in monitoring the health of our business infrastructure by monitoring all the servers and cloud services.

Another great element of this tool is the Log Management that comes with a centralised log management thats finds logs from various servers and analyse it for providing best dataset to our business.

One more great feature is APM ( Application Performance Management ) which helps us in monitoring the performance of our deployed applications and can detects the slowdowns and and various issues ,which we can troubleshoot the problems and can find a solution for the same with the help of Sematext.
There are many more such features and capabilities that Sematext comes with making a business more smooth.

Cons: At the time of deployment of this tool to our business, we faced some difficulties to get started with some specific elements of Sematext Cloud, but thanks to their customer support team who helped us in every single problems we faced and they guided us to get the best use of a particular element of this tool.

Overall: Overall, Sematext Cloud has been a game changer for our business, we can say it a one stop solution for our business as this tool has helped us in making our business process more seamless and smooth. Security is something we are all concerned while shifting to a new product, but Sematext offers all the features thats keeps our business infrastructure fully secured.
