    Pros: Simplicity of everything. Pricing model. Communication with its clients. Scripting. Even the community within Syncro is great!!

    Cons: Tech support can be hit and miss. Quickbooks connector isn't always the easiest to work with.

    Overall: LOVE the platform. LOVE the people. LOVE the community.
    Although this isn't the PERFECT platform, i don't think there IS a PERFECT platform. I will continue to use Syncro because our team loves it and it makes our day-to-day operation stress free...

    Pros: Easy and customizable. There are many scripts and alerts.
    I am very satisfied with billing per user and not per device.

    Cons: Splashtop doesn't works very well.
    They could use a better dashboard hiding invoice and ticketing for those users don't use.
    They don't have an installer via network.

    Overall: I am very satisfied with Syncro. I don't use ticket and invoice, only RMM.
    Billing is simply for MSP providers like us.

    "Love SyncroMSP."

    Pros: I love the integrations with Pax8 and Quickbooks. Recurring invoicing makes my life so much easier.

    Cons: I don't really like the dashboard, it doesn't do much for me.

    Overall: I just started my business and love the functionality, integrations and price. Pricing per support technician, is so much easier than per unit cost.

    Pros: Ease of use, multi-faceted, lots of integrations. The background tools in particular are nice for remote access.

    Cons: UI lacks customization, some scheduled scripts have been broken and only run intermittently (support did not resolve this issue), Syncro Live service breaks sometimes after disconnecting from a remote client which breaks future remote connections until the service is restarted.

    Overall: I have used Syncro for nearly two years now and I would consider myself a fan of it. It was easy to learn the ins and outs, the workflow is convenient, and it is feature-rich.

    In the future, I would like to see more options for customizing the user interface. In particular, the dashboard has a lot of potential, but I rarely use it right now because of its static layout.

    Pros: I like that Syncro is user based. I love the customer service as well. We also like the follow up from Syncro when there is an issue.

    Cons: I cannot generate certain reports I would like to have. We have requested what we would like and it is being worked on.

    Overall: So far after our first year using Syncro we are overall satisfied. For a beginning RMM it serves our needs.
