TSplus Remote Access

Pros: Mike a Juan helped us to understand and give us the step by step for our migration, everything works like a charmed.

Cons: To be honest, TSPlus is a very good product for SMB and have some streamed HTLM5 application.
The only limitation is when you try to copy/paste document between different device but there is a workaround.

Overall: We are using TSplus for few of our customers and they are all happy for what is it, the security and 2FA integrated is a good bonus.

Pros: I've been using TSplus Remote Access for almost 5years . I have no complaint so far .. Very effective application .. very stable.. Never had a glitch.. Recently I had to deal with some license and software upgrade issue and TSplus Remote Access support team handled my case with great professionalism and guided me throughout the process..
I would recommend their product 10 out of 10 times...

Cons: I came from an old school type of support who prefer to have direct phone support.. But I understand the challenge of that. Even this is not a real negative point because they handle the interaction with the client
With reasonable time... But I had to give my nostalgic thoughts..

Overall: Absolute Microsoft RDP services killer.. I would recommend this product hands down without any hesitation. It is simple to manage, feature-rich and soooooooo affordable price-wise...

Pros: Works smoothly, easy installation, users are happy with the functionality, we especially like the Application Panel that keeps the user off the Windows desktop.

Cons: So far, there is nothing to complain about.

Overall: We have been using TSPlus for our business, and setting it up for our customers since 2010, and we and our customers are very happy with it. The price/performance ration is very good and the software works very well. It is a very good alternative to the simple approach via direct RDP on a workstation, and to the more expensive solutions.

Pros: Very easy to use and feature rich software.

Cons: None that i know of I only experienced some lag but that was likely due to the internet connection.

Overall: Can save lots of money when compared to TeamViewer. Works well along side the TSplus software to allow support to help.

Pros: Product is great and at a fraction of the price. Support is fast and very knowledgeable. They are constantly adding new features and improving what they have to offer.

Cons: There is a lot of documentation, but it can be a bit difficult to find what you are looking for at times.

Overall: TSplus is extremely easy to setup and maintain. Great experience dealing with support. We are using a number of their products and look forward to growing with them.

Pros: The support team was very fast via the online support.
They offered me correct solutions to upgrade my product.

Cons: I have to buy 1 year support to move my program to a new computer.

Overall: The TSplus Remote Access is a very useful product for remote desktop computers, the original licence was bought in 2015.... and its still working.

Pros: the fact that .exe got resolved with the .connect file extension. It used to be a struggle with Windows defender run the the remote exe file. This made #.connect

Cons: N/A am so happy so far so good. All issues that i have struggled with, i was fully helped and directed with the support team.

Overall: Am more than happy to keep using TSplus, 2024 marks 8th year using it TSplus. Great user interface and user friendly. With great CYBER SECURITY features in the newer version.

Pros: Products works perfectly even on a VM with limited CPU and RAM with 10 clients. There has never been an issue with license expiring. We have used this product to share our accounts package with Mac machines for more than 6 years.

Cons: There are no cons, product works as expected and support has always been spot on.

Overall: TSPlus support is also excellent. We ran this for years on a windows 7 PC and then had to update to windows 11 and there was not issue providing test license and support for the transition.

Pros: Multitude of connection options.
PC via connect file, Mac and htm5.
Printing via the universal printer or if PC clients also a virtual printer option.
Ability to tailor the remote desktop to limit applications and folder access.
Great responsive support, they actually fix the issue when you report it.

Cons: We use terminal works to provide remote scan and for EPOS slip printers.
They will probably cover that as well one day.

Overall: 15 years so far of using an excellent product with great support
The price is also very reasonable for the functionality provided.

Pros: Its real world performance is fantastic.
Highly configurable for a variety of different use-cases.
Handles very high numbers of concurrent users without loss of performance.

Cons: As with any software, there are always things that are not 100%, but there's nothing of any significance that's worth mentioning.

Overall: It's the best product on the market for taking regular Windows desktop applications and making them available over the internet on any device that can run a standard web browser.

Pros: Ease of Install, Ease of Configuration.
Good Helpdesk Support.
Allows our users the freedom to work anywhere with the security our management require.
Easy deployment for new users and temporary users with restricted access rights.

Cons: Within the scope of use we have no issues. Would be nice if TSPlus could replicate the Citrix application Show Applications on Desktop.

Overall: 5 star service and operation, Been using now for nearly 2 years and no issues other than printing which is the printer not the remote access. Allows applications to be used everywhere, so even during difficult times the users have access to information they need. Have used Citrix in the past and whilst it has more features is very costly by comparison with very little benefits for the general user.

Pros: Customer support is really good and responds quickly. The software works well once you have understood the setup and you do not have to be a technical Wiz to get it up and running.

Cons: Licensing can be a bit tricky to manage but support are there to help you.

Overall: Good experience for a decent value product which does the job of remote desktop from Amazon cloud very well.

Pros: We got very good support from the TS Plus support team when our TS Plus server machine has some hardware issues & not able to work.
TS Plus support team even give our support beyond the office hrs also.

Cons: TS Plus Pricing is high in terms of uses.

These should be something lower than that. They must consider cost acc to small companies as well to afford the cost.

Pros: The product is great easy to use, and with many options to secure the connections.
Very stable solution. The html connection option is also great for different platforms. The customer can connect from any browser.
Also you can convert a single PC in a small server.

Cons: The size of the interface is fix. So if you have screens with a better resolution you can not take advantage of it.
Also if we can setup the inactivity of the session for some users instead of on parameter for all the session will be great.

Overall: The experience is really good, the performance of the product meet our expectations. RDP connector and HTML works great!

Pros: I started using TSplus prior to the pandemic then heavily deployed it during the pandemic to allow clients remote access into their offices so that they could work from home. I have had little to no issues with the product it works as described as fast and the few times I've needed tech support they've been on the ball and helped out tremendously and been very nice and polite and expedient.

Cons: Haven't found anything I don't like yet.

Overall: 10 out of 10.

Pros: The product is excellent, we've used RDS Knight for a couple of years and expect the same sizes from this product.

Cons: The install of TSPlus apparently requires prior products to be uninstalled but the installer does not detect this very fundamental condition, and instead reports a very cryptic error. We wasted hours of time troubleshooting what ended up being a facepalm. Also (though I may have missed it) I saw no indication in any instruction about uninstalling prior products. I'm still surprised by this.

Overall: Great with execution and running, bad with upgrade. Also "Prevented Threats Not Enabled" on the Simple interface is a mystery though I haven't put in a ticket yet. It pretty much looks like everything is working but the error is perplexing. We just keep it on the advanced interface.

Pros: Great team and quick support thank you TSplus for this product. Compared to other competitor like Citrix it s more affordable and easy to manage. No need for expert to configure it.

Cons: Looking for increase performance and speed up. And consuming less resources.

Overall: Great product.
