"There are certain situations where you just have to use it" Posted 2020-07-17
Pros: Sometimes you need help with using a complicated software and you just can't get it explained well enough via any other way. I was in such a situation when my lab got a new advanced microscope and the control software was so complicated we had to get the manufacturer / vendor to walk us through it remotely with Teamviewer.
Cons: There are very real security risks to allowing full control of your computer from a remote location, and this cannot be stressed enough - you should only use it with a trusted person.
Overall: It definitely is useful, but you also really need to be careful not to allow an untrusted person use TeamViewer because it allows full remote access to your computer.

I would for sure recommend TeamViewer to a small team of support personnel but a large team would require some more advanced tools with more licenses. Sometimes TeamViewer faces issues opening a session once another user just logged off from a session. Overall, it's a workable product that is widely used but more suited for small teams. -

"Best Remote Control Tool" Edited 2019-06-20
Pros: The best solution for remote based connectivity. I am using since 2018 and it consumes 25 MB - 50 MB per hour. It is considerable along with uninterrupted service. Internet speed of roughly 50 kbps should be good enough for general use.
Cons: Seems price range little high. Though, worth to use.
Overall: All scale of vendors can make use of this. Reliability and robustness are good in current version of Teamviewer.
