This is a fork of Jpcap (http://netresearch.ics.uci.edu/kfujii/jpcap/doc/). The previous maintainer is unresponsive since 2008 and the library got some deficiencies that needed to get fixed. Anyway, thanks for creating this geat library Keita Fujii !
