Transferring files between macOS and Android or any other MTP device has always been a nightmare. There are a few File Transfer MTP apps that are available online but most of them are either too expensive or come with bad UI/UX. The official "Android File Transfer" app for macOS from Google comes with bugs, and innumerable limitations, some of which include - not being able to transfer files larger than 4GB, frequent disconnections, unable to rename the folders or files on the android/MTP devices. Most of the other apps available online use either WiFi or ADB protocol to transfer the files, which is an extremely time-consuming process. Countless searches to find an app to solve these problems and failing to find one made me restless. So, I took the leap and decided to create an app for us that could help us have a smooth and hassle-free file transfer process from macOS to Android/MTP devices.

JRF is a client/server application that allows to extend local storage to other computers running the JRF Server. It has been designed for ultra-simplicity, **not for security!** It does not request for authentication when accessing files on a remote server, nor does it prevent access to files or directories. It has been designed for already-secured networks (e.g. LANs or inside VPNs), where file-sharing setup is tedious (or impossible). Basic access configuration/restriction should be performed on the OS, by changing rights of the user running the JRF Server. It is like an insecure FTP-like file sharing runnning on a single TCP port. Its Java nature gives Java programmers access to remote files as remote `InputStream` and `OutputStream`, with the added value of optionally **compressing data exchange** to ease up network usage.

This is a FTP server which runs on a PalmOS device. You can use it together with a FTP client on your desktop computer in order to transfer files to and from your device. Under some circumstances, this might be better for you than other methods.

This library allows you to generate a random number in the specified range from 0 to n, without using the built-in function Math.random (), and gets a random number from the processing time of polymorphic mathematical calculations, which depends on the current physical parameters of the CPU, RAM, and t .P.
