                   package  that calls itself tcltest 2.5.10

                   All three of them are different.

                   This is a hazard of not developing the tcltest package separately, and
                   now we've tripped over it.

                   I propose to determine a common merge of the changes, sync them on all
                   branches and call the result tcltest 2.5.11. This is a task to
