AnWP Football Leagues

AnWP Football Leagues is a free WordPress plugin for managing football (soccer) leagues, clubs, players, and matches. Set up a competition, enter match results, and the plugin builds standings tables, fixture lists, top scorers, and player profiles automatically.

It handles football-specific data: match events (goals, cards, substitutions), lineups with formations, head-to-head records, and season statistics. Club pages show squad rosters, staff, and match history. Player profiles track career stats across seasons.

Everything displays through Gutenberg blocks or shortcodes, so it fits any WordPress theme without template hacks. Developers get a full template override system for custom layouts.

Free and GPL v2+ licensed. A premium extension at anwp.pro adds layout builders, live scores, and advanced stats - but the free version handles full league management on its own.
