A simple countdown timer to put the system to sleep. Similar to the Sleep function on TV sets.

Timer maximum is 96 hours, with 5-60 minutes granularity.
Selection between system suspend, hibernate, and shutdown.
Option to run custom program on timeout.
Selection between easy setup or completely portable installation.
