    The commercial vendors for Motorola phone tools have lots of complaints about losing functionality with updates, lack of support and lack of functionality. This project has real promise for lots of areas. In my case, using this tool to backup my phone contacts without having to resort to Microsoft Outlook is a real plus. Thank you
