As PuTTY Manager development stopped years ago, I'm now using WinSSHTerm. It's user-friendly and has an easy X-Server integration.

PuTTY Manager is an efficient alternative to PuTTY, but it lacks a user-friendly interface and a Xserver (such as MobaXterm). I know you can use it in conjunction with Xming, but I prefer MobaXterm which is well-integrated with automatic X11-forwarding out of the box.
