Esta é a última versão oficial conhecida do UserControl clássico, desenvolvido por QmD e vários colaboradores. Não existem mudanças neste projeto, a não ser do ponto de vista de organização dos fontes. Ele é, pois, basicamente a versão original sem mudanças.
