Imprimer depuis n'importe quelle application Mac OS X avec son propre arrière plan (papier en-tête, ...) ... c'est possible
1) installer PDFtk via MacPorts (http://www.macports.org)
2) installer le package PDF print with your own background.pkg (see Files)
3) créer votre propre arrière-plan en PDF dans Documents/PDF/background.pdf
puis depuis la fenêtre d'impression PDF > PDF print with your own background
... le document final est stocké dans Documents/PDF/<Année>/<mois> du jour
