    "Ever evolving based on user feedback"

    Pros: Smiler has been working with photographers for a while now and the new Photographer Suite dials the best features up to to 11/10. One of the biggest pros to Smiler is how quickly the product evolves based on photographer feedback and new ideas. For example, the photo gallery delivery tech was always a great feature for easily transferring on-the-spot photoshoots – but the new upsell and free delivery features for any photoshoot are great new ideas that are now live for everyone. These new features make it a must-have for anyone delivering digital photos to clients.

    Cons: If you haven't used a similar online management platform before, then it can be a bit of a learning curve to bring your way of working online. Smiler makes this pretty easy though so it's worth putting in the effort at the start to get over this.

    Overall: I feel like Smiler is a tech company focused on building something better for photographers – not photographers who are trying to build a tech product. The result is a reliable platform that feels slick to use and is constantly improved based on real user feedback.

    Pros: This software is highly effective and user-friendly, greatly assisting photographers in their work.
    Its simplicity makes it easy to manage bookings, deliver images to the customers , and handle payments efficiently.

    Cons: For me there are no major drawbacks, and the software undergoes continuous updates based on user feedback with a commitment to incorporating new functionalities.

    Overall: It helps me save substantial time and effort on administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on my creative photography work. Highly recommend it to all photographers!

    "Amazing Platform for Photographers 🤩"

    Pros: Very easy to use and user friendly. The gallery structure it creates after upload is very beautiful. Smiler photographer suite saves me tonnes of time and I don't need to worry about the upload limit. It saves me tonnes of times, seamless and very intuitive. Definitely recommend to any photographers out there. 💯

    Cons: The platform is constantly updating and if you got any concerns you can write to them. The developers listen to the user's experience collectively and implement features that are very useful. In my experience I'd say it's getting better and better exponentially with every update.

    Overall: Amazing platform and very satisfied 🤩 I love everything about this platform such as upload animation, managing gallery, easy to track photoshoot, UI design etc.
