Time Tracker by eBillity

Pros: I had a fantastic experience with the eBillity support agent today! She was incredibly efficient and went above and beyond to assist me in finding a new employee in the system. Not only did she provide quick and clear instructions, but she also conducted a screen share to pinpoint and resolve the issue right away. Her expertise and willingness to help made the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you for the excellent support!

Cons: Flawless support session! eBillity is a bit confusing to me at times, the flow seems slow and clunky.

Overall: Support was great and I have recommended a couple of clients to eBillity through the years because it works so well with QBO. Just wish set up was smoother.

Pros: Patrick was a huge help with my annual tax season export/reporting. We've been with eBillity for years - love the product.

Cons: None. We have no issues. We customized the dashboard to our liking for more efficiency.

Overall: We use the desktop and mobile app heavily. Great support when needed. Employees understand the system quickly. Love the Invoicing features.

Pros: Great support (especially Patrick). We have had great luck integrating with Quickbooks Pro. Solid interface.

Cons: Licensing is a little funky, but it is tolerable. We have had some interesting challenges with setting up users because we don't do it that often. Otherwise, it is great.

Overall: Love it. It has been a solid time and billing system for us for many years. QB interface is good. Very happy with the product.

Overall: Walked me through the issues and handled back end during the discussion. No hassle.

Pros: I had an issue with Time Tracker and needed support. Kelly was just wonderful - she sorted my unusual issue out very quickly. I might also add that she responded to my email request for support faster than I expected.

Cons: I have no concerns with Time Tracker. It is a great product and integrates seamlessly with our accounting software (Reckon Accounts).

Overall: I have resolved issues with Kelly in the past and she has responded quickly and sorted things out without any fuss. She is fantastic.

Pros: Patrick did a wonderful job with helping me out with my clock in and out times for one of the employees.

Cons: There isn't a con that I can think of during this experience. He was extremely helpful with the technical issues I was having.

Overall: My tech guy Patrick overall was a great help to me and my fellow co-worker. He was easy to work with.

Pros: I have been using this support service for many years when encountering some issues. Without exception the follow up was quick and successful.

Cons: So far I haven't really encountered any cons. If there was any issue this was able to be solved quickly enough for me not to consider this a real con.

Overall: Overall experience is really great.
Just that the product has become more expensive than a few years ago, but that goes for most products and services nowadays.

Pros: It keeps track of hours with ease. Easy setup to add and remove employees and the reports you can pull up are great.

Cons: Could make the reports pull more like what you get from quickbooks.

Overall: Overall this time tracking is easy to use and understand. Set up for the company and employees is easy as well.

This is a fail-safe product for me. I couldn't do my work without it.

Cons: No cons, really. I would happily pay for this. I would prefer a little more customization but I haven't tried much to customize. If it disappeared suddenly, I'd be in trouble. Maybe there's a way to back it all up and I just haven't explored that yet.

Overall: Perfect for freelancers and those who charge by the hour. I'm an independent contractor and couldn't live without it.

Pros: I like having the week up on a tab and being able to put in time as soon as I do something. I like bills being organized.

Cons: It would be nice to be able to add an invoice or an expense, etc. in a new tab without having to leave the weekly sheet. Also, every time I edit entries in a draft invoice I end up starting over from the beginning of the entries instead of staying where I was in the draft invoice. Picky, I know.

Overall: It is good. It allows everyone in my office to enter their own time. Also, I can enter time from wherever I am. Not on my cell phone. I just don't have it in me to even try.

Pros: Syncs with QBO efficiently, easy to use on a phone, team is able to navigate the software with ease.

Cons: Creating the sub categories is cumbersome and the overall design of the software is pretty basic.

Overall: Pleased with the software and overall support when we have an issue, the chat feature is really helpful.

Pros: Super easy to use and appreciate the ability to run specific reports. I also appreciate any time I can interact with an intuitive technology that doesn't make me work hard to figure it out.

Cons: Have had trouble between the app and my online portal.

Overall: As a single user I can not speak to using this for multiple employees; however, for my consulting LLC this technology fits my needs.

Pros: It helps us track hours accurately and monitor locations accordingly. It also gives us an overview of the members'/users' hours for the week.

Cons: There are times that the system takes time to load or isn't accessible.

Overall: This app is great for businesses/companies who have employees working onsite especially because you can track GPS accurately.

Pros: Time Tracker is very easy to use, and they are always helpful whenever I call. Your on-hold time is very minimal.

Cons: No complaints! Our company has been using Time Tracker since 2011 and we love it...

Overall: Customer service and the development team are very professional and responsive. Joann went above and beyond to help me get my system up and running for payroll!

Pros: Customer service goes over and beyond expectations. Rarely have issues but when an occasion does arise mostly due me moving the QuickBooks files, support is easy to reach and able to fix promptly. Easy to use.

Cons: No cons. This product saves me so much time and makes my billing less painful. My staff seems to like the program as not major issues.

Overall: Overall been using eBillity since 2014, I am satisfied with the ease of use, their customer service is outstanding and would highly recommend if you are using QB Desktop.

Pros: Ease of use, web based and iOS app are good. has geolocation tracking. syncs w/ QuickBooks. Great tech support, responsive, knowledgeable and always solve the problem - no long wait times.

Cons: Sometimes wonky on desktop but keeps getting better.

Overall: Very positive. Would highly recommend!

Pros: It is not that hard to navigate once you give yourself a minute or so to look it over. Not to mention, the great support you receive when you have questions.

Cons: Everything has glitches. lol The design could use some tweaking but it is still ok and manageable.

Overall: I am a very satisfied customer. This application makes it easy for the employees to enter their time, it constantly saves (huge plus) and it gives you warnings when you are entering something incorrectly. It definitely helps out with those employees that are not all that knowledgeable about technology.

Pros: Our employees and staff have given their feedback that the time entries are easy to handle, the program easily tracks number of hours, and you can use desktop or mobile versions.

Cons: We have experienced loss of description entries many times and this issue continues.

Overall: We have had a good experience but could be an excellent experience if time entry descriptions were not lost and had to be re-entered several times.

Pros: Time Tracker by eBillity is a powerful and up to date time an billing solution. It allows me to capture my billable time, review and manage associates' billable time, send bills in a variety of formats, and manage my client escrow accounts. The ability to access Time Tracker remotely allows me to make time entries and even render bills on the fly. I have used Time Tracker for over 5 years and am a happy customer.

Cons: This is a well designed product. I have no complaints.

Overall: Time Tracker has made my practice more efficient and aids in projecting an up-to-date and professional image.
