Pros: Danielle could not have been more helpful. She listened to what my needs were and she addressed everyone. She also made sure I considered several additional options. I could tell in the way she interacted with me that it was extremely important that I was taken care of. Form our initial conversation through a scheduled meeting later in the day to a follow up email Danielle made sure my issues were taken care of and then some. Great work Danielle, Thank you!!!

Cons: I do not have any issue with customer service at all, but would like to be able to have a "Print this page" as in the older version when I am looking at someone's time entries. I do wish that when using the "show" archived staff and archived projects, that there isn't a way to to collapse them back.

Overall: Very good experiences! Love this program and the ability to navigate through the system.

Cons: As an Administrator I cannot clock someone in if they tell me they forgot to clock in; I am unable to correct the time immediately. I have to wait till they clock out to fix time.

Overall: Timesheets has made payroll a breeze and efficient. The Support staff is friendly, very helpful and can solve any issues in one Chat or phone call. The reports are easy to read. Timesheets is a great system!

Pros: Easy to use site, employees picked it up fast. Excellent customer service, just call and they'll help you with anything you need!

Cons: As an admin, it takes a little getting used to, but once you learn it, everything is very simple.

Cons: Me not having the time to use all the functions and capabilities, there's so much this program can do. I don't feel I utilize it to it's full potential.

Overall: It's been great from day 1. The Customer service when I use 'chat' feel like they bend over backwards to make sure my concern or question I have is solved. Very happy with their customer service!

Pros: We've never used a timesheet system before. I did shop around. Timesheets' rates were competitive and the process of education was excellent. Staff members also follow up with me regularly to see how things are going and if we are on track or have questions.

Cons: A tiny bit confusing to navigate in the beginning, but once you know where things are in the system, it's super easy. The "tad bit confusing" statement is also in part user error and ignorance on my part.

Overall: Definitely would not use another time calculating service. Love the customer service. Rates are great. All questions answered promptly. Also, I've never been "on hold." I NEVER have trouble reaching a live person to assist me. Definitely recommend

Pros: Anytime we run into an issue, we call the 800 number, and instantly get a real live person to help us right out. No one from India that I cant understand, like some other companies I have worked with. I wish more companies were this helpful!

Cons: I wish the holiday time options were a bit better.

Pros: The Customer Service is Fantastic! They are available for me when I need them by phone, chat or email.
As Administrator, I can log-in from my phone to view, add or edit all of our Employees with ease.
The Reports section, the fact that I can upload documents to Employee files, as well as several forms available for Supervisors is Phenomenal!

Cons: The only downside I see with this program is while using my phone, it won't let me stay logged in all day.

Overall: We set up our account with Abraham 3 years ago and he helped us get up and going every step of the way.
This past Spring our Payroll Processing Company announced it was no longer going to offer their services, so we were forced to find a new Processing Company. The new company also offered an integrated time tracking system, which I thought would simplify our office tasks...
Boy was I wrong! Their Customer Service was sub par and the program itself was not user friendly at all!
One call to Abraham and he renewed us, so we never skipped a beat!!
I really appreciate the ease of using the Time Sheets system, but more so the Customer Service and Support they provide.

Cons: The interface isn't super modern, but the functionality is there.

Overall: You really don't find customer service like this anywhere (my ISP should take note). I've never had to wait on an answer to any of my questions. Price is great, considering the level of service you get. Recommend!
