Pros: Abraham assisted me with an issue concerning our IP address. Not only did he completely take care of the problem in less than 5 minutes, he called me back after reviewing my account to ensure my company had the appropriate service. I had not reviewed this in over a year, "out of sight, out of mind". We made the necessary changes. I appreciate him looking at the entire account, not just assisting and hanging up when done.

Cons: N/A. Service (as always) was a solid 10!

Overall: We've used Timesheets.com for 10+ years. It has evolved to meet the needs of our company and the service has never been less than exceptional.

Pros: Ease of use for employee input. Hours report great for payroll input.

Cons: There is nothing negative to say. The application is great.

Overall: The application makes time clock management simple and easy.

Pros: Great program, easy to use. I can keep up with overtime and expenses from users. Very reasonable as well for businesses.

Cons: There are no Cons with this program. I love it. Have been using it for about 2 years and the customer service they provide have me as a client for life!

Overall: When ever I needed help with closing out payroll or if I messed up on my end, I would call the staff and they walked me through every time.
They make it very easy for me, the program is easy to use and if I ever had a question, they were ALWAYS helpful. I would highly recommend them!

Pros: I can talk to someone on the phone who actually listens to my issue's, and offers a few solutions on how to resolve them.

Cons: As with all new systems there was a learning curve that I had to get over, but within a few days a got through it

Overall: At first the system was cumbersome, the customer service reps were able to address my concerns and together come up with a simple solution for my complicated methods !!

Overall: I highly recommend it , Since I prepare the payrolls so just I need to export all the data to quick books and generate the payroll very quick. it's saving our time.

Pros: One of the reasons I stay with Timesheets.com is their support. I often have questions on the best way to handle an issue, and the techs are SUPER helpful. Typically in a chat window the offer to call me on the phone, immediately, and walk me through. They have always been quick, helpful, extremely polite and personable. I highly recommend them!

Cons: Some of the things are very easy to use, but they are not so super clear that I can recall the steps. Mostly my fault I guess.

Overall: I am very pleased with the product, and support!!!

Pros: Very easy to use, friendly, helpful staff, able to accommodate a large part-time staff with various departments and pay rates.

Cons: There are two options of reports- summary and detailed. I wish there was something in the middle, with a bit more information than the summary version, but less than the detailed version.

Overall: I was looking for a system that would suit the needs of a large and varied part-time staff. I signed up for a trial period to determine if Timesheets would work for us. One of their reps worked closely with me to set things up and fine-tune the system, making adjustments as needed. I mentioned that one of the reports seemed to be missing a piece of information, and she had it corrected. At the end of the trial period, I decided to continue using Timesheets, and the price suited our budget. I'm very happy that I did!

Pros: I had an issue importing Timesheets data into QuickBooks. The tech team at Timesheets answered the phone, followed up, and resolved my problem quickly and professionally.

Cons: No problems. Timesheets is a good, easy to use, time and expense tracking tool.

Overall: I have had a very good experience utilizing Timesheets for my business.

Pros: I appreciate the flexibility of this product. The willingness of the support team to assist me work to adapt the program to my company is awesome.

Cons: No real concerns. Any question I have had was effectively addressed with an email or call to the support team.

Overall: This application has most effectively addressed my needs to monitor time invested into projects as well as log work specific to multiple clients.

Overall: Timesheets has been a huge time saver for our company while allowing us to customize our needs.

Pros: I am very happy with Timesheets. I have used them for 10 years. I have never had an issue and it is very user friendly for when I need to do payroll. Whenever I needed assistance I was called back very quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

Pros: I like that fact that timesheets allows me to get into my account anywhere in the world o am and be able to monitor what my agency hours are. They are always very helpful and quick to answer my calls. Over all a great experience and I am always send new clients to them.

Overall: Great company, great service and great cost! I would recommend this company to anyone that wants the flexibility to manage this time clock anywhere and anytime.

Pros: Timesheets is a system that allows my employees to be responsible for themselves at the same time giving me more control of my payroll than I have had for 25 years. It is easy to use and accessible in a variety of ways.

Cons: The only con is the usual hiccup associated with any change when it comes to human beings and change. The customer service is exceptional for myself and all of our users.

Overall: Good product and easy to use. I wish I had this software 25 years ago.
