Pros: Zoom is an amazing platform to be able to create a video conference from scratch or you can easily hold a meeting, the main feature I like about this platform is the extensive limit on receiving meeting participants, I can create a meeting but it has unlimited participants, in addition, all participants will be able to interact without any type of limit within the Chat available on the side of each meeting. Another thing that I like about this platform is the great fluidity of video that exists within each meeting. I have noticed that all the participants can see me correctly since the video transmission does not have any type of interruption or delay, in addition , the video transmission is consistent with the audio transmission, therefore, all the participants will be able to attend me perfectly during each meeting. I also liked that this platform allows me to assign different administrators or collaborators for each video conference or meeting, it does not allow me to assign an administrator role so that it can help me organize and interact with each one of them. I also like that this platform allows me to use all kinds of tools and functions to be able to expel any type of participant, as well as you can grant participant permissions or allow a participant to open within the meeting, in addition, this platform provides everything type of tools to be able to customize the general permissions of any participant.

Cons: One of the main drawbacks that I got within this platform is with respect to its general interface, I consider that the interface is quite basic, which can turn out to be a bit uncomfortable to use for some users, in addition, another of the Negative things is that participants cannot be required to activate the camera and audio before entering the room, which sometimes causes participants to enter who do not interact with the other participants within the meeting. Another of the negative characteristics of this platform is that there is currently no way to change the ID of a meeting room, which means that when we want a group of people not to enter that ID, the only way to solve this is by creating a new room, so that a new address is generated, it would be great to be able to change that information immediately with some kind of function within the platform, but currently it is not possible. The last negative thing within this platform is that no participant can upload any type of attachment within the Chat window, there is no such thing currently, participants can only send and receive messages and can also send various emojis within the window of the Chat, but they cannot send attached files, I consider that this is something negative since if we are requesting any type of attached information from the participants, that information cannot be sent through this Chat window.

Overall: This platform has provided an extremely good experience for all our employees, with the help of this platform we have been able to create a large number of meetings and we have been able to have a much more optimal conversation with each of the participants, I really loved the video quality and the fluidity that I was able to obtain within this platform, in addition, I also loved the organization system of a new meeting room, since it allowed me to send the invitations to various emails, you can also send automatic reminders for each of the future ones participants, in addition, I also love the hosting waiting service, that platform has a waiting service which places the participants on hold if you have not yet entered the meeting room, which helps a lot so that the participants can wait for the arrival of the host of the meeting. In addition, another of the favorable characteristics of this platform is that it has an automated recording system integrated, I love this system very much since it is capable of recording any type of meeting that I have held within this platform, all these recording Videos are stored on my computer but I can also store them within the cloud platform. I really liked this recording system and it gave me an extremely good experience for the meetings that I was able to hold within this platform.

Pros: + I like how simple and modern the GUI is, it allows the ease of use of this platform, I am not only using Zoom in the business environment but also in my family environment and with my friends. The way in which I can make a call or video call with this platform allows me to connect with anyone of any age without getting lost along the way.

+ The feature that I liked the most and found useful during the pandemic was scheduling meetings with my employees and colleagues from the company. Since for obvious reasons we could not meet inside an office. However, this function was not only useful during the pandemic but also currently it is also useful for us since we do not waste time when an emergency meeting is needed since by simply checking with everyone's availability we can establish a time and there would only be No need to connect at the time of the meeting, no traffic problems or being late for long distances, everything can be done almost instantly.

+ It's very useful how I can share links to connect with others even if the meeting has started. I have had connection problems when I want to connect to a scheduled meeting, however, it has not been a problem to enter since with the simple fact of having the link I have been able to enter without problems.

+ I love the security that I have with this platform by having full control of the links that I share. I can put a security or that only specific users can enter without the need for credentials. This prevents intruders within a meeting since I have used several video call communication platforms and I have had problems with several people who have entered the meeting without any consent and without the possibility of establishing any security.

+ The audio and video quality is one of the best there is, even if the video becomes blurry the audio quality remains clear within the communication. So I liked this because if I don't want to spend data and I don't want to make videos, it's more practical to listen and I know that I have audio clarity without losing quality on slow connections.

Cons: I have found very few features of this platform as I found how simple it is to be able to connect with others with a couple of clicks regardless of operating system or device. It's just the little things that annoy me:

- You should be able to have control of what is the internet speed that this platform consumes when making a video call. I say this because it has happened that it consumes almost all the bandwidth of my internet, thus limiting the ability to use other applications or platforms since it slows down the internet when the quality is very high and I don't always need it to look good since just understanding what that the other person is telling me enough is enough. So I can also save data when I use the internet on my smartphone.

- I don't understand why the more people have their web cam activated, the video call becomes blurry. It's annoying because I usually see the participants on my screen as if they were a thumbnail, so it shouldn't consume so much internet from what I understand. Adjusting this and the aforementioned would be ideal for me to be able to manage my data when I am not at home or in my office with a Wi-Fi network.

- I would like it to have augmented reality, it would make things much easier when a client points out something about the video call, this in order to have better communication. With current augmented reality technologies it has many benefits and I don't understand why Zoom which was a pioneer during and after the pandemic hasn't implemented this feature. Although there is no longer such an impact with the virus, my company still uses Zoom for long-distance communication with clients and employees.

- Sometimes it disconnects when I am using Zoom with my smartphone, I don't know what the problem is, but I always keep the application in the latest version and I have checked if it was my device, but everything seems to be correct, I think there is a lack of stability due to I don't know if that part is due to the number of users within a call.

Overall: Office meetings have been more satisfying and planned in a way in which everyone has participated no matter where they are. - Hosts have full control over what participants' permissions are and what exactly they're permitted to do (use the mic/cam or not, share screens, etc.).

Cons: - The free version limits meeting times to only 45 minutes.
- Reactions and emojis are just the classic ones; Zoom doesn't have its own set of emojis.

Overall: Zoom is a great solution for universities and other educational institutes that wish to conduct online classes. Zoom also may be used by individuals who just want to meet up and have a conversation in live-time or among friends wanting to show things to each other on their screens.

I'll say this, and I completely mean it, Zoom is the new de facto for online sessions. It is the best out there!!

Pros: Zoom is a competent software that carries out all important meetings no matter the length of the meeting. I like that it can schedule all meetings in advance and it will add into everyone’s calendar and automatically set a reminder and ask for attendance, it is very easy to host a meeting and to manage all the members that enter a meeting, it has many functions such as turning off and on chats, creating a breakout room for meetings and having total control over a meeting to ensure that it goes very well, Zoom has the ability to share screen and it is amazing that it works so well and provides good video quality for everyone to see what is being shown in the screen, it helps deliver the information correctly. Also, Zoom has a great variety of interactive tools that one can use during a meeting, for example, the creation of boards in the meeting that the host can use to write and highlight certain information, and these tools usually help discuss anything during all important meetings between team members, it is a great function that Zoom has that help enhance the delivery of information and support the way in which something is talked about to make it more intuitive and understanding for everyone.

Cons: Zoom provides high quality video and audio for everyone, however, it requires a great amount of bandwidth for it to run smoothly for everyone, without lagging and without the audio being delayed. This has caused issues within our meetings at times because sometimes, the connection will not be the same for everyone however it will be stable enough for everyone to join the meeting, but during the meeting some people will experience video or audio delay and it is a great issue that has not been resolved by Zoom at all, it still has the same requirements and it is a bit annoying, luckily, we have been able to solve this issue by recording our sessions and uploading them to the cloud so that it is available for everyone that joined in case they missed anything, but nonetheless, it is a big issue within the Zoom platform.

Overall: I feel like even though Zoom presents its big connectivity issue, it remains a software that is capable of handling meetings that are bigger than usual and it allows me to manage them easily when we are holding meetings with a great amount of people, allowing me to turn off microphones for everyone, turning on the hand gesture to know if anyone wants to say anything without interrupting the main discussion, and more. It has allowed me to share all information with team members and hold many meetings where I can communicate and deliver key information to our business successfully, but it has also helped me communicate with clients remotely when holding an in-person meeting is not possible, and helped me communicate with them and guide them through all the aspects of our insurance plans and close deals with them efficiently.

Pros: Very easy to understand and handle. Anyone can run it without any difficulty we use zoom app daily for DSU meetings and other meetings because it is free and can join many members at a time. With its great feature and tools very easy to work on it.

Zoom has been the platform that we have used as a communication strategy, but we respect privacy a lot and more in this type of remote work, where many colleagues can be at home working, so it has happened to us that the cameras or audios turn on out of nowhere without requesting it, it disturbs the privacy of each person and in my opinion these types of accidents should not occur. We have also faced access limitations that we didn't know existed, once some clients could not enter a call because they were from another country until we were able to give them access and allow us to connect, it would have been good to know about it before without a doubt. Another of the weak points would be the ability to save everything that was discussed in the meeting, if you are not the administrator but a participant you cannot see the chat conversations and the files, therefore you lose everything until the administrator can share it, personally it would be nice to get the way to not erase the chat in case you need it.

Cons: Zoom has really everything you could ask for. The design is great.

Overall: Zoom lets me connect in work, home, and school activities and meetings. There is nothing that can be done in person that can not be done in Zoom short of contact. It is great.

Pros: It has a quality video and audio features making it ideal for holding virtual meetings.
It has a great recording feature that allows for live recording of meetings.
It has a screen share feature that we are using during training.

Cons: It requires strong internet connection which is not always available.

Overall: It is a software that we are using in holding virtual meetings with our clients world wide and employees working remotely.

Pros: Easy to use, integrates with other platforms very easily, and it seems that most people now know how to use the platform which is really nice. As I schedule interviews I love not having to explain to candidates how to use the video interview platform.

Cons: I don't love the feature of people being able to kick others out of the meeting. We have accidentally kicked people in our meeting and can't add them back in.

Overall: Overall, I would totally suggest anyone to use Zoom as a platform for video meetings and/or interviews.

Pros: Year after year videoconferences are revolutionizing, optimizing themselves and managing to offer higher quality for all users, this helps make online meetings much easier. Zoom has managed to be one of the most important platforms of our company, offering unmatched features which help to develop quality videoconferences, quite stable, with instant and real-time communication, with very unique features. The most outstanding characteristics in a positive way were:

* The application for mobile devices that use this platform is without a doubt one of the best currently, because you can participate in all kinds of video conferences while the platform works in the background, for example, you can access a video conference at any time and minimize the application, you can access another application and a small window remains open where you can see all the participants as background operation. This is an important feature of this application because it helps the participants to interact in the video conference while doing other things.

* Another impressive thing about this platform is that you can hold several video conferencing sessions simultaneously regardless of the number, for example, you can buy a subscription for your entire company and hold multiple video conferencing sessions simultaneously, they all work the same way and you will be able to have complete access to all the features of the platform, without any type of limit. Having several videoconferences running at the same time helps us to develop different communications at the same moment, and at the same time, within the main platform and the panel I can see the number of sessions that are open within our company.

* The video recording of the videoconferences is an important feature within the platform and that is also where attention is given in an impressive way, because this recording helps us to save all the information that is shared during the video conference held, All these recordings are saved in the cloud of the platform, in this way we can access those videos stored in the cloud from any device, without having to have it stored on our computer or on another mobile phone. Recordings can be activated automatically or you can record manually for each video conference.

* There is no type of limit regarding the participants for each videoconference, up to more than 500 people can enter a videoconference and you will not present any type of problem, this is a very positive feature because I have previously used some platforms that limit the number of participants that can be in a videoconference is quite high, currently that does not happen on that platform, we can have as many participants as we want.

Cons: Zoom is one of the platforms that will guarantee your results, it provides a fairly stable platform for video conferencing from any device, its generally easy-to-use interface helps users become familiar with it in a matter of days. I have also noticed a couple of negative things about this platform, such as:

* One of the main negative things about this platform is that it does not have any type of security when it blocks the number of participants that may be during a videoconference. By this I mean that sometimes inappropriate people have entered our video conferences because they have the invitation link. Currently, it is very easy for this invitation link to be leaked within web pages, and sometimes, as I mentioned, they have even entered our videoconferences, I would love for the invitation link to only work for the guest, and that cannot be used by other malicious people, since this would help to have the videoconference much more private and not enter any type of intruder.

* It is not possible to limit the number of messages sent within the Chat of each videoconference, every time I make a videoconference, I have to notify all the participants to talk in a moderate way, so that the chat can be much more fluid and have a reading of all messages correctly. I would love for there to be a system that can regulate the number of messages sent by each participant, since in this way we will obtain greater order within the conversations.

* Transferring files through each video conference takes a long time compared to different cloud storage services that currently exist. To counteract this disadvantage, we have used a cloud storage service in which we can share files directly in a matter of seconds, this way when we make a videoconference and we need to share a file or document with other participants, we do it through this medium, to save time.

Overall: The experience we have had with this video conferencing platform has been perfect, despite the fact that, as I mentioned previously, there are still some improvements in the security of each video conference to prevent intruders from entering it, I must admit that our experience has been very positive. Previously, it was quite complicated to create and manage a large number of videoconferences, since our company is divided into various work sectors, and each sector needs to hold videoconferences weekly, so this platform has been key to their development and to monitor each transmitted session. The quality and audio transmission that we have had with this platform has been superior to any other, previously we used other platforms with many limitations, which greatly limited the video quality depending on our network connection and that had a terrible audio transmission, with this platform it has been totally different, we are happy with the general functioning and ease of use of it, we admit that we are happy with the use that we are currently giving it within our company, we can create meetings with other employees but also with our clients. The monitoring of active sessions is done in real time, just by accessing the main panel, I can see all the sessions that are active. It is urgent that a system be implemented that moderates the number of messages sent within the Chat of each videoconference, this would greatly regulate the messages and help maintain discretion within the videoconference.

Pros: Fast and stable, easy to launch, lots of great integrations.
The other tools have gained speed and are similar but Zoom still has the best UX.

Cons: Still some people are resistant to it if they are stuck in the Microsoft universe.
Updates are a bit annoying sometimes.

Overall: Overall very good speed and stability on mobile. Good telco tool. It used to have a superior performance to Teams or Google Meet but now they are more similar. Still the best UX.

Pros: In my experience with this video conference platform I can say that its strong point is screen sharing, this has allowed me as a presenter to share content through the integration of Prezi with other users within a videoconference. The multiplatform is another reason why Zoom continues to attract my attention since it is accessible for Android, iOS, Desktop, Mac, web version, etc. This makes for a consistent experience for participants and presenters and there is no lack of users as it covers the video conferencing market very well. Before Zoom I have tested the quality in this case with other mobile applications with similar functions but in the end they do not convince me, they offer very little or they simply fail. Zoom has not only allowed me to stay connected in a work environment but also in family environments, giving me the possibility of using it in any circumstance that I want to connect through video calls with other people, having one more feature of not only multiplatform but also that it adapts to any person (regardless of age), topic or environment (work, family, educational). Last but not least, what made me choose this platform as the main one in video calls is the video and audio quality, there is only one small detail that I will leave within the negative points.

Cons: To begin with, Zoom has made things a lot easier for me, but there are aspects that need to be polished because, despite the fact that it is the best for me and my experience, it does not make it perfect, as well as the video and audio quality is excellent, so is consuming internet bandwidth, I mean by this that it requires a good and stable internet connection for everything to work correctly, otherwise the video begins to deteriorate to the point of being frozen as well as the audio quality begins to drop until you are inaudible to what the presenter or participants say. Continuing with the internet connection, if there are several participants using the webcam at the same time the performance of the internet connection and the equipment used in question begins to worsen, having to use only voice calls as a consequence. There is also a performance problem in the web version of Zoom, it simply does not make sense to save resources by not installing it and the web version is fatal, making it mandatory to install it in case, for example, a participant has to install it only one day. I had problems in the past with intruders within the videoconferences, just an annoyance, there should be an option that allows you to accept only those you know without much problem. I also had a synchronization problem with google calendar, also during the planned events the links were not sent but I had to manually send them by mail so that they could access. I would like it to be given as a type of configuration of some test event in order to learn more about the configuration and understand the environment well because in the past, despite the fact that I understood its basic use, I had many problems because I did not understand certain things that made me wasting time on a video conference.

Overall: I got to know Zoom because of the boom of the pandemic and because of recommendations that friends, family and acquaintances made to me about how easy it was to use with video calls since its learning curve was not so steep, so I began to opt for it and apply it in all my environments (work and family) and I want to mention that it was and is the best solution I have had for long distance meetings. I can be clear that there are things that need to be polished but that has not stopped me from connecting with my partners, clients, co-workers and family through this platform without any problem in practically the majority of the cases in which I have used Zoom. To train staff within my work environment has been wonderful because it has kept me connected despite the distance of that person to whom I have a video call. Corporate meetings through Zoom videoconference have been and will be one of the best options that I will always have available thanks to how easy it is to exchange information and content. Our long-distance projects have been strengthened as productivity, connectivity and efficiency have improved, helping the company to grow. I also want to mention that within the company that I am currently working for, it has been beneficial since it has been possible to show clients who want to know a property and who are located a very long distance away, to be able to “visit” the place, to put it bluntly. somehow and that they can see the property without resorting to expensive trips or wasting time seeing the place and not liking it.

Overall: Zoom is one of the biggest players in video calls and webinar hosting and it shows. They have a lot of great functionalities that make video calling life easier.
