- The remote control is a real lifesaver in situations when you want to give or take remote assistance.
- Zoom also provides 40 minutes sessions in the free version, which is enough for casual meeting or for individual use.
- The audio/video quality remains consistently good throughout the meeting.

Cons: - The top bar that appears during screen sharing is really annoying and prone to accidental clicks.
- The user interface and navigation bar seems a little confusing initially.

Overall: Overall, Zoom is a go-to software for having or conducting any type of meeting or webinars or conferences. It is feature rich and really helps in increasing the productivity.

Pros: Simple to use and effective.
Integrates with Slack.
The annotate tool is also a life saver when working in teams.

Cons: Occasionally glitches and I cannot close down a call.

Overall: Great experience overall, makes teamwork and sales much easier. its become a staple of society. Its also priced in a reasonable manner.

Pros: Easy to use and quality of video 8s second to none. Our users can execute and utilize with little to no interactions from IT.

Cons: None that I can think of. Always works as expected.

Overall: I would highly recommend this product as a great value for the cost. Ease of use and support 9s second to none.

Pros: Ease of use. Can meet with many team members across the states without spending time & money traveling. Good audio and video for meetings. Able to share your screen with members.

Cons: Must have a good internet connection. Sometimes the audio lags.

Overall: Overall, a great tool for team collaboration when multiple people from multiple locations need a quick meeting , offering current features and the services is available for free.

Pros: I use zoom for work and for hanging out with friends and family. It works fairly well most of the time, with minimal glitches.

Cons: I hate that for any meeting more than 40 minutes long I have to pay. I bought a Pro account because my friends and I love to talk a lot, but I wish it was free for like up to 4 unlimited-length calls a month.

Overall: It's pretty decent, and I'll continue to use it. But I wish it had more affordable options for longer calls.

Pros: The sound, video, and recording features are excellent. Another fun feature is that you can enhance your appearance (smile) which comes in handy when you are not yet camera ready.

Cons: I think it is a little expensive for small businesses.

Overall: Definitely my favorite to use for meetings. I like the backgrounds and my camera view is clearer than other meeting software, very easy to use.

Pros: This made working in an office environment very easy if someone was off work and we needed to schedule a team meeting, especially because of COVID this has made it almost seamless.

Cons: It can sometimes be tedious when invite links don't work correctly and you have to reset the meeting but that normally comes down to human error.

Overall: Overall I think Zoom has helped a lot of people in office work and staying connected with friends, especially for us in a business where people can be out on the road a lot but we have to have an important meeting so they can just talk on the road with hands free and not miss a thing.

Pros: I've been using Zoom for a while, even pre pandemic. Definitely the easiest of the video conferencing softwares to use. Much better interface than Google Meets and I like the rooms feature sets.

Cons: They can improve their backgrounds options if you're looking to hide your background. Would prefer if they have a better chat interface to save information that may be shared as compared to information disappearing after a meeting.

Overall: Overall the best video conferencing software out there, would highly recommend. You can add your own backgrounds as well so I'd recommend you do that if you're looking to hide your personal background.

Pros: Zoom is super easy to setup meetings and set reoccurring one too. Sharing meeting information is simple.

Cons: When you have your video off it should be easier to set your away picture or easily change that setting.

Overall: Overall my experience with Zoom has been great. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for video conference solutions.

Pros: Zoom is simple and easy to use. There is very little lift with installing this tool, and the quality of calls is always good. It is intuitive, and it does what it is supposed to do!

Cons: Sometimes it is hard to find how to change your background.

Overall: Overall, I would definitely recommend this tool! No issues, and it does what it is supposed to do. It also lets you break out into smaller sessions within a big meeting, which is great for training.

Cons: - It doesn't function well with low speed internet, Especially the voice gets distorted so much that it isn't audible to other participants.

Overall: Overall, Zoom is a user-friendly online meeting software with a clean user interface and all the basic features. It also allows it users to have meeting in the free version for a limited time.

2. Clarity in Sound and video (better than M.S Teams)
3. The prices are comparatively cheaper than other licensed products

Cons: 1. In comparison to skype, the data usage is too high.
2. Can incorporate the other features to improve its audio quality and to reduce the glitches.

Overall: Nice product with ambient video quality and most importantly the feature of breakout room makes it more innovative.

Pros: Excellent, mobile friendly video conferencing software. It provides a nice alternative to Microsoft Teams.

Cons: Really not too much. I do wish the free version allowed you longer than 55 minutes for a free meeting but hey, beggars can't be choosers.

Overall: My experience has been overwhelmingly positive with Zoom. Highly recommend as a low cost video software tool.

Pros: Ubiquitous and easy to use, Zoom is now a standard for calling, like Xerox for photocopying! I use it regularly.

Cons: Very, very dated UI. It feels anachronistic. Zoom should make it better looking.

Overall: Many better alternatives have popped up with better features, functionality. For enterprise users, would still recommend Teams, as it is more than just a calling app and does the job 100x better.

Pros: Easy application to use. Use this tool for both business and personal. Able to share screen with others to establish a connection with presentation content.

Cons: Have not have any issues business or otherwise. Kids get a kick out of seeing family who lives out of state.

Pros: I prefer zoom because it is universally accepted and I am able to meet with those that I need to, despite their email or where they are. It makes connecting with others easy and convenient.

Cons: The time limit can be inconvenient sometimes but helps keep me on track and concise during my meetings.

Overall: I would certainly recommend zoom to anyone hoping to host or attend a meeting online. Again, has been a great tool to connect with others, professionally and casually.

Pros: Zoom has done a really good job putting together a program that has helped our business navigate this pandemic. Here are some of my favorite reasons for continuing to utilize this product.

1. It's simple to use for people who aren't computer savvy.
2. It has a clean look.
3. It's inexpensive.
4. It doesn't take too much computer resources to run.
5. Plenty of different tools and options for presenters.

Cons: I spent about ten minutes sitting here thinking and trying to come up with one and I had zero luck. For our purposes there isn't anything that this software can't do.

Overall: Great product with a clean, easy to use interface at an affordable price point. Used it for both personal/ business and couldn't of asked for anything better to help navigate keeping connected during the pandemic.

Pros: It was super easy to install and get all our team members on the same platform within 30 minutes. The online tutorials are extremely helpful.

Cons: The negative publicity surrounding Zoom mid 2020 made it difficult to keep all team members excited about using Zoom.

Overall: Zoom really helped us keep the team together and keep everybody connected during these crazy times, not only for meetings but also social events. I believe Zoom had a big contribution in my team keeping an eye on each others mental health while everybody was dealing with the pandemic.
