Pros: Speed of response, smooth implementation, effective onsite training, and project management. Easy to use system with a great layout, methodology, and architect. Our team enjoyed how hands-on the PeoplePlus iM3 team was during training and implementation, and also post-implementation. It's easy to call them up for support, they are comfortable and quick with email/phone/whatsapp, we love how flexible they are to work with. When identifying a software system to implement, that was the most important thing for us, the people. And I can confidently say that the People behind this organization, right from the top, are committed. The mobility features are also a plus, having the warehouse mobile app available right on your smartphone device is super convenient.
Cons: There is so much to learn about the product. The product is truly feature-rich and honestly significantly easier to navigate than larger ERPs that require an immense amount of training. Other cons that I can think of, deleting data is sometimes an issue. But is understandable as there is a lot of historical data that the system captures. It is just as easy to make inventory items, bin locations, or other data inactive or change the status, but once they have history and transactions associated with them, they stay in the system. Has not affected any speed or performance, which is a plus. Error messages can be more descriptive.
Overall: We managed our warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing processes all on QuickBooks, and are delighted to switch to iM3, a cloud-based system that helps us organize all aspects of our business, streamline our warehouse (inventory), picking, packing, and shipping processes - and keep our financials consistent and clean. Our team is excited to continue to grow our operations with PeoplePlus, we love that they are at the forefront of technology continuously bringing us new features and applications and how open they are to our feedback and incorporating ideas into the system (very quickly).

Pros: The functionality. From the web-based applications to the mobile apps, there's a lot the product has to offer. In terms of Inventory Management, the historical connections each SKU has with other aspects of the software are quite impressive. Easy to find other transactions such as Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Work Orders, Invoices in the system with a simple SKU search. Or other transactions like receipts, put-away, issues, counts, transfers, etc. It is a real-time barcoding system, we can not only print linear and qr barcodes but also use our existing manufacturing and vendor barcodes from the existing packaging.
Cons: There are a lot of steps at first and a learning curve. But you have to be open to learning something new, once you can mentally get over that hurdle, the software has a lot to offer. It's way easier compared to some of the major leading ERPs in the market, you don't require consultants on-site to help train you for weeks. They have plenty of videos and training manuals. Terminology takes a bit of time to get use to, if you haven't used a cloud-based solution at first. But if you're a willing learner and someone who wants to genuinely increase productivity and efficiency throughout your organization/shop, it's really a no-brainer to implement this solution.
Overall: I have been through software implementations before and they can get ugly. The PeoplePlus team was prepared, understood our business, worked hands-on with our team/staff, provided exceptional training and support, continuously stay in touch with us (well after the implementation), continue to develop new functionality and grow the product; and they're just a great group of individuals who work as a family, treat you with respect, and genuinely care about you. The software is rich in functionality, easy to use, has a mobile component to it, has a strong Inventory/Warehouse side to it, as well as an Asset Management module that helps me service my customers assets more effectively.

Pros: Easy to use Inventory Management system along with Warehouse mobile app; well integrated and robust functionality.
Cons: There are a lot of screens and functionality to familiarize yourself with; but once you go through the training and software manuals/videos the product is easy to use.
Overall: Software as a service in today's world the service piece is very crucial. The iM3 team is friendly and fast to work with. The product also helps us manage our day to day operations.

Pros: Web base platform, Mobile access through app and website, Great inventory software, Useful parts and service dashboards for quick information on TV screens in our offices, Excellent reporting for invoices, inventory etc.
Cons: Mobile app is limited in features, Takes time to learn all of the features and capability's of IM3, So many features that we are still learning how to use and implement.
Overall: Im3 is a great product for our company's needs. Very pleased with their product and customer support. Im3 is extremely innovative and not going to be outdated anytime soon.

Pros: I love how fluid everything is. Connects everything to everything. That might now make sense if you have never used the application before but when you know you know.
Cons: Sometimes I feel like there are extra steps that don't feel necessary but I am learning that the software is smarter than I am. iM3 defiantly has the future in mind, making my dreams a reality before I ever knew I needed these features.
Overall: In addition to superior customer service and software, I always feel like I am part of the team/family.
