Vesper Ward

hi, this is probably gonna sound stupid to those who know what they're doing, but referring to the multiple times it's said to "boot into safe mode to fix it (turned off screens)", what exactly are you supposed to do in safe mode? i've accidentally disabled 2/3 of my monitors, and the profile i saved won't load. the debug command isn't working either, so i'm sort of out of options.
