I'd find it easier to work on my project plans if it would be easier to see which entry in the task list table belongs to which entry in the gantt chart. Eg It would be helpful if the focus line in the table jumps if I click an event in the gantt chanrt. Also it would make things more transparent, if the line I work on in the table gets a different background color in the gantt chart. Ralf
Without manipulating calenders: What do I have to do, to see that 2 tasks, each 5 days, all done by the same person will require 10 days? (and not making one the successor of the other one, that's the workaround I use now :) At the moment it takes 5 days, and the one person has a workload of 200%
Any news on this? To be honest, I can't believe I am not missing something here. When I create a task that takes 5 days, I can't define that it's done at half speed so it takes 10 days. Neither can I assign a ressouce that is available to 50% so the duration of the task is doubled. Neither can I assign 2 tasks to the same 100% ressource, resulting in the duration result in timeA+timeB. All I have is a histogram showing that a ressource is overallocated. I tought all that is the base to having a quick...

xqxq, please let me know if you find a solution, I have the same issue here. Cheers, Ralf
As nobody is looking into that high-dpi prioblem and there's another issue with UTF8 files without BOM, I'd like to do that myself. I'm actually an experienced embedded developer, but haven't done anything in Java yet - can't be too complicated, eh? :) Can anyone give me a hint how to set up a proper IDE so I get listfix running?

The ListFix app opens with a TINY screen (TINY unreadable small fonts...) if I start it on my laptop, which has a high-dpi screen. Has anyone looked into that problem already? Thanks! Ralf
